1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your order number.
2. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable. Personalized or custom-made products are also non-refundable unless defective.
