1. Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@theprimefindsco.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return authorization number.

Include your order number and return authorization inside the package. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made products are also non-returnable unless defective.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a $5.99 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
