1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
3. International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your PRIME FINDS account and visiting the Order History page.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order as appropriate.
